"First time in Cancun, first time doing all inclusive and it was a trip with my wife, 2 year old toddler and other family members. Overall, we were very happy and enjoyed the stay. The food was better than my expectation as a lot of people said the food in all inclusive is usually not so great. Not many kid friendly options, but having one buffet place was convenient. The resort was generally clean and the staffs were always trying to do their best to accommodate your requests and needs. Not much complaint to do. "

I would not get the all inclusive next time, since there are so many food and drink options near-by. But the service was fine, and the included options are fine. Having only one beer choice was possibly the worst aspect of the all inclusive. The rest.. not spectacular, but acceptable and practical. The common areas feel small for the amount of people they receive, but again... not a deal-breaker. I had a pleasant stay. I got a free balinese bed for booking with Expedia and some delicious macaroons. That was a nice surprise. "
