"I booked a studio suite at the Radisson Wall Street. I chose this hotel because it is located near the Staten Island Ferry and wanted to walk there the next morning at 5:00 am to take the ferry to the NYC Marathon. When I arrived at the Radisson the front desk told me that my booking was transferred to the Holiday Inn Lower East Side approximately 5 trains stops away. I was very upset that no notice was ever provided to me and in fact had received a reminder email of my Radisson booking only a...

"The room was fine. We arri wd erly amd could not check in, so we were told we could leave our bags downstairs at the bell stand. However, we waitef a long time foe somebody to show up and we then had to go back upstairs to the lobby and have them call for somebody to help us. The same thing happened at check out and we asked to have our bags held. It took forever."

"The financial district was chill for a family vacation, with great restaurants that aren't too busy available nearby. This was a great location for some basic touristy stuff like the staton island ferry, and the world trade center (and ferry to hoboken)."
