"The hotel is in a central French Quarter location and rooms are quiet even though the hotel is on Bourbon St. Nice lobby and nice, clean rooms. The shower didn't have hot water. After a while it got quite warm but never hot. There was no housekeeping. And when my 90-year-old mother needed an extra hour to check out, they charged her $70. There is also a $20/night resort fee that is taken at the hotel and not disclosed in the pricing."

"A very unique and cool building not far from everything you could want to see in the French quarter. The neighborhood felt very safe and all the staff were attentive and kind. I would stay here again if I ever come back to NOLA. "

"It is a lovely hotel with comfortable beds and linens. Smart decor. My complaint would be not having the room serviced. There is no placard to place on the door to ask to not be disturbed or to be cleaned. I went out early for the day and came back tired to rest at 4 that is when the maid came to clean and disturb me. Another note is no one at the main front door. It is a heavy door and when you have luggage and no one there it is not so welcoming."
