"An excellent hotel with an expansive view of the Mississippi River. There was a bit of noise, primarily from the doors of other rooms. I wish the doors had dampeners on them. Otherwise this was a most enjoyable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. The AC was very quiet and effective. "

"Staff was very good, from the concierge parking ($40 per night for our stay; no self parking available), to check-in/out process. Room was mostly quiet but did show its age in the bathroom and hotel carpet. We did not utilize cleaning services during our weekend stay. Towels were clean and thirsty. "

"The front staff was excellent however, we stepped out for morning coffee and the room service i had spoken to twice and told them not until we check out at noon, still came into our room and threw away $150 worth brand new food we had bought. We know this because I walked in while they were cleaning and I asked why she was there after me telling her two times prior not until noon. This was 11am. "
