"I really like that this property is walking distance to the French Quarter and Canal Street. The area is quiet and I felt safe. The lobby has a cozy feel to it and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The room I was assigned to had a comfortable king size bed but the bathroom was a little cramped and I’m a tall person. I’m sure if I asked the front desk could have accommodated a room change but I was only staying one night so it was okay. "

"The front desk staff were very helpful pre-check-in phone. Also, the loading and unloading zone in front of the Hotel is close to the entrance and had carts ready for use. The staff seemed as though they were expecting my arrival and were very helpful. Great Check-In"

"The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. The manager gave us a list of his must visit places as it was our first time in New Orleans. The hotel is unique and eccentric, doesn’t look corporate and we loved that bc it added to the experience of the city. The pool was heated and the rooftop gave a nice view of the city. "
