Fantastic location! It’s only a few minutes walking to the middle of Bourbon Street. The hotel overall was nice and the staff was friendly. Our only concerns were the sink leaked a bit and the toilet seat was loose, but I’m sure they would have fixed it if we told them about it. Ultimately we would stay here again!

The only nice thing about the property was the courtyard and pool area. The furnishings in the main lobby were stained and dirty, flooring was cracked in most places and had not been replaced. The room had one light and a lamp in the entire space and was dark, the heat did not work and had to be fixed. The furnishings and decor were old and not kept up. The bathroom was dirty and rusted. The workout room had only 40 and 50 pound free weights and the equipment was not working well. The rooms were quiet at night which was nice. Certainly was not as advertised.
