I’ve been asked to review this hotel, but I never stayed there. My booking was canceled because the snowstorm in New Orleans meant my flights were canceled and I’m currently trying to get my money back. Yet the hotel continues to ask me if I enjoyed my stay and how much they’d enjoyed having me as a guest. I guess that means the Crowne Plaza New Orleans doesn’t actually pay much attention to its guests and does everything on remote, not even knowing or caring if you’ve been there.

They need to work on plumbing. The shower was cold. Otherwise the staff was very helpful and the facility was clean

Location was awesome. One can travel by foot or street car anywhere. Restaurants are all over. For a big hotel it needs coffee or water on the lobby. The beds were outdated too. And ..a biggy was that there was a fire alarm go off twice! Evacuation was in order. Staff is really friendly and the fact that there is concierge service is a big plus. I appreciated the help there. Depending on the promotions or deals it may be a destination to repeat, but keep in mind it won't be my first option.
