"The hotel is in a central French Quarter location and rooms are quiet even though the hotel is on Bourbon St. Nice lobby and nice, clean rooms. The shower didn't have hot water. After a while it got quite warm but never hot. There was no housekeeping. And when my 90-year-old mother needed an extra hour to check out, they charged her $70. There is also a $20/night resort fee that is taken at the hotel and not disclosed in the pricing."

"Great French Quarter location. One block from Bourbon St but we didn’t find it too loud as long as your room is not on the street side. There are interior rooms facing the courtyards that are quieter. So much character and history to this hotel. We loved it! "
