"We were there for a wedding on the property and it was so convenient. Our villa was perfect and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and the A/C worked great. Would definitely stay there again. "

"During an unprecedented snow storm, the staff went over and above to make our stay enjoyable. A lot of the staff couldn’t get into work so the folks who were here pulled together some food for us hungry and tired travelers. Thank you to the amazing skeleton staff"

"Was stuck here during historic snowstorm. Filled up on breakfast, but no food options for the rest of the day except vending machines. Shuttle shut down, roads closed, airport shutdown, employees sparse (airport and hotel employees spent nights here too). I'd give it a 4 if it was a normal day(s)."

"The front staff was excellent however, we stepped out for morning coffee and the room service i had spoken to twice and told them not until we check out at noon, still came into our room and threw away $150 worth brand new food we had bought. We know this because I walked in while they were cleaning and I asked why she was there after me telling her two times prior not until noon. This was 11am. "
