The Staff was friendly and helpful and the location was fantastic for walking to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. Room was clean but a little outdated. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Decent accommodations on the north end of the French Quarter. Had everything we needed within walking distance of the quarter. Daily breakfast was reasonably good with a variety of choices. All the staff we encountered were friendly, professional and helpful. All in all, no complaints and we'd stay here again.

The staff at this hotel were outstanding, given the difficult conditions in New Orleans due to winter storm Enzo. Their friendliness, willingness to help, cheerfulness, and willingness to find solutions for their guests was as good as it could have been. They helped make what could have been a miserable time very enjoyable.

Location is good, the staff is not very responsive. On a 8 night stay my room was only cleaned twice, that too after repeated requests. The shampoo in the bathroom was empty and it stayed empty all 8 nights even after repeated requests. Not even sure if the rooms are vacumed. The water in the shower kept dripping. The door in the bathroom didn’t even close. All day complimentary coffee was nice, the breakfast was subpar. Also if you want to park your car that is going to be additional $60 a night and there are no upgrade options.

Great location, walking distance to the French Quarter, easy parking (paid valet), very nice hot breakfast. The suites have a complete kitchen, a convenience store is located near Jackson Square to get everything needed.

This property is fantastic! The amenities are what you would expect for this chain. It is a very spacious suite, and extremely comfortable. But the thing that stands out about this property is the very kind and accommodating staff. My daughter and I and our dog were traveling across the country, and our New Orleans stop was the last night of our trip. Then - a freak snow storm rolled in and we were stuck and not able to leave. The hotel was so helpful and accommodating, putting us right back in our same room. The valet was awesome, as well as the front desk staff. I cannot say enough good things about this place! I would HIGHLY recommend it!

The location was further away from events I was attending but not a fault of the hotel. The room was clean enough but outdated. The common areas were fine. There was a strong smell in the lobby that was a type of fresher I had a hard time with. There was a large fingernail outside my room that was very gross. It remained the entire time I was there. My conditioner was empty and not replenished at room clean up. The breakfast was very sad and icky. I was happy coffee areas was clean and available early. Overall my check in and check out was great. The hotel was clean enough. There was not a feeling of hospitality I have experienced with other hotels in the area and the location was not ideal. The main lights were out crossing canal the entire time I was there and it made it very unsafe to cross. Not a reflection on the hotel, but contributed to my overall lacking experience.

Exactly what we were looking for for our first time in New Orleans. This is a great, short walk to Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, etc. Parking is expensive but easy. Not the best breakfast we’ve had included though.
