This is our second time staying here & we were really happy again! They provided featherless pillows on request at check in. Housekeeping was excellent - notification from hotel was to expect every second day but they cleaned our room every day over the week. Front desk staff & concierge were very pleasant & accommodating. Breakfast is great! We love the kitchenette for storing snacks & drinks. The bed is super comfy & room is very spacious. Location is great & we will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

They gave us a much bigger room than we expected. There was a section of carpet missing where it met the tile. Something sharp was sticking up and I stepped on it a few times. This was room 259. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay. The staff was really helpful in looking out for missing luggage that took a couple of days to arrive from the airport. Lucy at the front desk was very kind in making sure we got it when it showed up. I also like the money we saved with free breakfast. The concierges were helpful in saving us money too.

Breakfast was good, could make more coffee for guests. The front desk had one employee who wouldn’t answer the phone which made me realize every time I called she let it ring too. She needs to be removed from customer service!

The hotel was clean, perfect location very nice and helpful staff. What we didn’t like: the breakfast was almost empty at 9 am, and they didn’t refill coffee in our room. We made only once coffee for staying 5 nights.

For the money you will spend per night- you could have stayed at a much nicer property. The sofa was so dirty I refused to let anything I had touch it. I could hear the person in the next room snoring and throwing up. Staff was great. Property was not. Plus the per night deposit that they credit back- ridiculous that they charge that much per night even if they do credit it back. Expedían doesn’t make it any better either. Expedian could have allowed the reservation to be cancelled considering what happened in New Orleans on January 1 but they greedily refused to allow the hotel to cancel.

For a 3 * hotel it is what we expected and were OK with. Our only complaint was the breakfast. Nit what was on offer but lack of! Some days no yogurt, some no muffins, some no fruit and worst of all one day with 45 minutes of breakfast time left NO milk!!!

Had an excellent time in New Orleans and everything in the French quarter is a short walk with this hotel. It was quiet, clean, and had a great breakfast. We also really appreciated Adam with all his assistance and travel recommendations. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Pros -The property location is great, close to French quarters but still far enough from street noise. Staff was friendly Cons - House keeping was terrible. Jobs were never done to completion. towels and soap was missing. Missed service one day (despite being done on alternate days only). The person forgot to run the dish washer - For a suite the kitchen appliances were worn out or missing. not enough utensils or plates - The room walls were paper thin. I could hear conversations from both sides of the room Very disappointed, my trust on Hilton brand has eroded

Nice hotel not too far away from Bourbon Street. Got to enjoy the night but come back to a quiet hotel. Conveniently located for where we needed to go.
