Location is great. Our room was clean and spacious however, it had a tiny window with a view of the building wall next door. They should be very clear about the fact that you have no view when you make your booking.

I love the staff here! They were all so friendly, accommodating, and helpful to my sister and I. I am disabled and my sister has stage 4 cancer. The bellhop treated us like royalty, and it made our stay so special. I didn’t realize the hotel was haunted when I booked it. Don’t worry, they are friendly ghosts, and add to the ambience! I slept like a baby in those comfy beds. The hotel is old. Just know things in the room aren’t going to be modern and perfect. The location is the real win. It is just around the block from Bourbon Street. I’m coming back, and I’m staying here next time! I had such a great stay!

We try to go to NOLA every year and like to stay at different properties. I loved the history of this hotel and it had a very cool vibe. The street isn’t too busy but you definitely hear loud cars while sleeping. Definitely recommend!

The AC in the room didn’t seem to cool well and the mini fridge was the same way. We also noticed the receptacles were extremely lose and our cell phone charger plugs kept falling out.

The lighta didn't work. The carpet, mirrors, bathroom were dirty. Housekeeping came by and only swapped the towels, made bed. Toulet had what seemed to be poop stains at the bottom of it. Would not stay here again.

The location of this property is great. However, it is an older property that is musty. I was emailed an option to upgrade to a carriage house room but I never got a response and the staff just shrugged when I showed them the email. This hotel is definitely not the New Orleans hospitality you find in other hotels. Overall it worked out for this trip, but I would not stay here again.

Location was excellent for walking in French Quarter. Reservation with Expedia was easy, staff gave us a full size room, when a king size suite was reserved, but staff corrected this when we returned to the front desk. We asked for the safe to be unlocked for our use, but it never was. All staff were very polite. Be aware that the building is quite old and the French Quarter is quite noisy at any given time.

Our room 412 smelled musty when we arrived, there was a used water bottle on the night stand, the shower didn't drain then left gunk in the basin. The bed was comfy , TV was spotty with channels. Shame as the grounds are lovely and staff is welcoming and helpful

We stayed here twice at the beginning and end of our cruise The staff was very accommodating. They offered early check in one day and then when we returned they held our bags while we went sight seeing . We stayed once in the main house and once across the street in the carriage house . We preferred the carriage house with the cool balcony and courtyard but both were cool . Super close to all sightseeing yet quiet . We enjoyed the history of this place , we went to May Baileys bar and enjoyed the pool as well . Free coffee on site . We love historic older buildings- if you are looking for the Hilton then this isn’t for you . Thank you . We appreciated our stay .
