"Nice lobby and room was comfortable and clean with a city view. The bathroom was smaller than we expected and there was no coffee maker in the room. They do have $15 credit at the market cafe but a breakfast sandwich alone is $18. The valet and bell hops were friendly and helpful. We could have used some guidance trying to figure out how to time our luggage and the car pick-up at check-out. I suggest asking for the car well in advance and having cash on hand for multiple tips. "The hotel was very nice! Our trip to New York was great! Although the rooms are small, the beds and pillows are comfortable. The last night we had heater turned off and it still was over 80 degrees in our room and freezing cold outside. Not sure why but that was the only issue we encountered! The pizza place right next door to the hotel is phenomenal!"
