"This is a beautiful hotel in the perfect part of town. The structure is iconic, and the lobby is beautiful. The Christmas vibe is excellent (trees, Santa, hot chocolate bar, etc.). Complaints about elevator wait time are valid, and our room safe did not work. The bathroom is cramped with little surface space for toiletries. Again, it is a stunning hotel, which attracts a lot of tourists."

"With 2 teens, regular NYC hotel rooms do not provide enough space for 4. These suites are beautiful and we loved also having a balcony. Plenty of room for 4 of us, well worth the price. Lots of dining options in the area, very safe hotel and exceptional staff. I will say the bathroom is very small. Normally that would deter me from staying again, but the trade off for roominess makes up for it. Just know the bathrooms are very small and it was a tub/shower combo not a walk in shower. Not a lot...
