"Nice clean hotel near Times Square. Great place to stay especially if it is your first time, and you want to be as close as possible, and in the centre of all the excitement. The room was a decent size, bed was big and clean. The shower was clean and spacious. You can download the app on your phone to control the lights, TV, room climate but there is also an iPad available as well. The lobby area is clean and welcoming with a bar. There’s also a bar on the roof. There is a cute gym to use also....

"Great location, they went above and beyond to make it a great stay. Room felt luxury. Only downfall was that the lovely spacious shower cubicle had a very small shower head and water pressure wasn’t the best. We were celebrating a birthday and they made it feel very special. "

"Terrific location right across street from Lincoln Center! Gelateria and Starbucks on one side of front door, nice restaurant, PJ Clarke's on the other.All personnel friendly and helpful, opening doors, storing luggage. Electronic door cards were a problem. Both failed 4 times, meaning someone had to go back down to front desk to have them fixed. Super annoying! Some paint chipped on bathroom door and shower. But will definitely stay here again."
