"We had a great stay at Casa Mexicana Cozumel and were especially impressed with the staff and service—everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations with a wide assortment of choices, including several healthy options. The hotel’s common areas were definitely a highlight—the lobby, pool, and bar all offered comfortable spaces to relax and unwind. We also loved the location, which was super convenient for exploring the local scene. There were plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. While our hotel room was a a bit dated and tended to feel humid, we didn’t spend much time there, so it wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, and we’d absolutely consider staying here again. "

Our teenage son did his first dive lesson and his instructor was amazing, warm, kind and educational. He felt happy and safe. We would stay again."

"Always an amazing stay at the el cid. We’ve been there. 15 or so times and it never ceases to amaze us. Small quiet place with most of the all inclusive off of a menu, which means it’s cooked fresh to order. We love it!!"
