"We had so much fun on this resort. Went with our 16 year old. Food options were good and the staff was great. You will need transportation to reach the resort and town is too far to walk. A taxi from the ferry was only $20 Canadian. The taxis park right outside the ferry terminal and the hotel always has them close to site. This resort was affordable and very beautiful. We loved it and will be back!"

"Convenient central city location, easy walk to many restaurants, ferries, and shopping. The rate for this property was affordable and we used the savings for restaurants, snorkeling excursions, around the island, axe throwing lessons;-), and a day trip to Chichen Itza... The pool is small, warm, clean, and shaded. The breakfast and staff made us feel at home. Bravo."

"Our stay exceeded our expectations! The ground were so lush and beautiful, it felt like we were walking through a jungle. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. Our favorite bartenders were Ruben and Kevin! They were fun and remembered our drinks every time we came around. The pools were clean and gorgeous, the beach was amazing and perfectly sized with great snorkling views right off the beach. We had a nature view room but had an amazing view of the ocean and cruise ships. It was also very clean and they made sure it was cleaned daily. The food at the Italian restaurant was SO GOOD. We ended up extending our stay! Good vibes all around, highly recommend!"
