"Room was very nice. But construction was going on right outside my window so it obstructed the view. Also I was on this trip as a single person and the room had a Jacuzzi tub for 2 so I wasn’t able to use the Jacuzzi. "

"I like smaller resorts, this was perfect. I wasnt fighting for chairs at the beach or pool. It would have been nice to see sandwich making station for lunch at the buffets. Only saw it in the morning. All of the staff, including the groundkeepers, were so friendly! Had an issue with our keypad on our door and couldnt get in. Maintenance was there within 10 minutes. "

"Had a lovely time at the Explorean. The pool was wonderful and the beach club was superb. I was able to find a free cabana pretty much every time I wanted one! The snorkeling right on the property was fantastic! In fact, it was even better than a few of the spots I visited on an independent tour (not with the Explorean) so bring your snorkel and some water shoes! The room itself was clean and comfortable. It was a little damp, but I think that has more to do with the climate and building materials than it does on the hotel itself. There was a slight issue with the shower area flooding one night in my room. I called the front desk on the way to dinner and explained the situation. When I got back from dinner, there were several people in the room working on the issue! It didn't flood again after that. They were incredibly efficient! Everyone was incredibly lovely and I would absolutely visit again!"
