"Love the pool, scuba and snorkeling, lockers, but most of all the wonderful workers. Kiera is always up, positive and fast with correct orders. Other great servers are Cornelio, Cynthia, Mariana, Gabriella, Alid, Josue. Bartenders, activity staff, dancers, shows, speciality dinners, room cleaners and scuba staff all super. The area that needs work is the rooms. Whoever thought it was a good idea to take out the table and chairs and put in a hammock over a tile floor in the rooms is just plain crazy. Put the hammocks at the beach. Taking out couches in the lobby for rickety cheap tables and chairs also not good. All of the rooms need to have upgraded bathrooms with showers not ancient bathtubs that are two feet off the floors. Wyndham has not made improvements in bathrooms and furniture that are essential. This could go from a three star hotel to a four or five star so easily with some decent improvements and the same wonderful staff. "

"We stayed Monday-Friday, and we really enjoyed our time at the Meliá. They furnished all food and drinks for the entire trip all included. There was always something to eat or drink anytime we wanted. The swimming pool was really nice, couldn’t really ask for anything better for the price. Would recommend "

"The staff were amazing. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The food at the restaurants was delicious. It was very small but nice. The only thing it really needs is a dinner buffet."

"Absolutely wonderful resort with enthusiastic and engaged staff, especially managers constantly walking around making sure stuff was cleaned and the area around provieded wondeful amenities like the snorkeling and variety of dining options on the ocean side especially the seafood dining that you could sit down at or they would bring you to wherever you were sitting, and on top of it, it was delicious, if they said they caught the food that morning i wouldnt be surprised, and every night the staff would take down and replace most of the cabanas every morning, A/C worked wonderfully in the rooms so much good stuff to say about the resort "
