"A lot of reviews comment on this place being worn down but that is being quite picky. It’s a beautiful hotel! With a gorgeous beach, crystal clear water and fish in abundance! Plenty of chairs, great pools, beautiful rooms with amazing views. The food is tasty. And some reviews believe there isn’t enough variety, but they have a menu in addition to the buffet where you can order basically anything- chips and guac, French fries, ice cream, other Mexican dishes, etc. I felt like we had to track the staff down some and the elevator broke on our last day but other than that, we loved our stay! "

"The staff was amazing, everyone was super helpful and polite. The food was great and the service was amazing. This place had one of the only sandy beaches in Punta Norte and was easily walkable with or without shoes/sandals. It was within walking distance of some great snorkeling and great restaurants if you wanted to taste the town. All in all the only complaint I have is that we couldn’t stay longer and it’s already booked out 1 year in advance which will make my next trip down harder! Highly recommend!"

"The staff was great. Arturo was very helpful with dinner reservations and with the romantic dinner. Brianca was always asking our needs. The bartenders were all great and never took very long to get a drink refill. There could be a couple more options for dinner, but overall the food was great and had many different options."

"The property is absolutely gorgeous, and very serene. The rooms & surroundings were always clean and very comfortable. Three things - NOT complaints but points for the resort to be aware of. The lobby has an odd smell, which is odd because our home base resorts always smell so amazing. The food for dinner is just okay, not bad but not tons of options on the menu, but also not great. Last but very important - The adult pool on the roof needs to ALWAYS be an adult pool. One of the days we were up there we had to listen to a screaming child. All families really should be on one (lower) floor, we heard crying children through our walls 4 out of 5 of the nights. We will be back, the property is very stunning and checks off all of our boxes for a great vacation! "

"Smaller property that is very quiet. Is currently undergoing renovations. Most of the staff have worked there for years and treat you like family. The only improvement I can see would be adding a washer and dryer for those of us who stay a couple of weeks at a time."
