"Whitehall is a great hotel, bathrooms need to be refurbished. They’re not terrible. Just paint peeling on the ceiling, not bright. Heat pumps do a good job, but the windows let a lot of cold in the winter time. I kept mine set at 83 and it was toasty away from the windows on the 7th floor. Do not expect daily service. You will have to request towels etc."

"The staff was great. Check in and out was a breeze and the night that we did use overnight parking, the valet was quick to retrieve the vehicle. Just a few things that could be worked on. The small details in the bathroom, such as chipping and peeling of paper on the walls. We used the shampoos and soaps and made coffee in the morning.But after maid came in and straightened to the room, she did not replenish any for the following morning."

"Property was conveniently located for our purposes. The room was clean and had the basics we needed, comfortable bed, but toilet function was dicey and hot water wasn’t hot enough. Hallway carpeting desperately needs replacement. Staff were very nice and helpful. Parking and food were nearby."
