"Super convenient location since the subway runs in the same building. Concierge was a little less helpful than I’m used to. Rooms were also smaller than expected but I’ve heard that’s just a Tokyo thing. Great view and the restaurant / breakfast was excellent! I really enjoyed staying in this area too since it’s a bit more quiet than what you normally get in Tokyo. "

Plenty of restaurants at the hotel if that's your preference, and a close walk to more restaurants nearby. "

"Amazing hotel with high quality design throughout. The staff are wonderful, hospitable, and able to address any need. We had our bags sent from another hotel, and the bags were already placed in the room when we arrived. We appreciated the happy hour to unwind from 6-8pm each night. "Nicely appointed room and bathroom. Good breakfast buffet but sometimes too crowded. Very good coin laundry. Close to public transport. Nearby construction was noisy. Housekeeping should start a bit earlier. Check in procedure is very inconvenient with long wait times - no early check ins. Staff is friendly."
