"My stay at the APA hotel in Roppongi was awesome! From initial check-in the staff was friendly and helped me through the the steps when I had questions during the self check-in. The TV was actually a great tool that displayed the amenities of the hotel; free movies/ shows, wifi code, where the spa and washers were, times for the restaurant, even tourist info. Everything was clean and all the consumables would get replaced daily with a switching of the linen every 3 days which the TV would remind...

"Stayed here for 2 nights for NYE and NY. It is on the periphery of Shinjuku next to a quiet park. That being said the metro station for the M line is only a couple blocks down and access to downtown Shinjuku is only 2 stops away. Multiple convenience stores around the area. Also multiple dining options. 2 halal restaurants across the street for Indonesian and Turkish food. More restaurants only 10 minutes walk away. Property was clean. Staff friendly. Checkin and checkout process was simple....

"Only 1 washer/dryer for men. Dryer cycle was really slow. The dorms slept very warm. Personal preference would have it a bit cooler but thays just me Otherwise, everything else was excellent."
