Used to be a better value. Rooms are very small unless reserving the largest. Post Covid housekeeping has been eliminated and only daily towels are provided. Overall property particularly rooms and bathrooms have aged without renovation. Still recommended if in room laundry is needed and for the specific location in Aoyama if room price can be below $250.

I really enjoyed the available washer/dryer and mini kitchen area in the suite we reserved. The convenience of the bus stop and nearby train station really made exploring the city a breeze. Definitely plan on returning to this hotel on our next visit!

Great location close to metro station, room had a small kitchenette and a washer dryer which made my stay even more convenient. Not much interaction with hotel staff but housekeeping was great.
