"The location in Shinjuku is great. The view of the city from our room was amazing! The rooms seemed a bit worn but very clean overall. We did not need our rooms to be cleaned everyday but the staff was great about leaving clean towels, toiletries, and water hanging in a bag on our door. My only complaint is the Breakfast! It really was lacking breakfast options. The coffee was cold and not very good. The orange juice came from the soda machine so it really was more like Fanta and not OJ. ...
