"jVery nice property. Staff was especially nice. Continental breakfast was very good. Julian at check-in couldn't have been nicer. Room was clean, and there were nice touches--like a fireplace, a walled-in heated pool, easy parking, big TV screen, paper flowers for the TP and tissues, and a towel tied like a turkey. The location is along Rt. 1, and fairly close to Cambria, Hearst Castle, elephant seal beach, Moonstone Beach, and lots of good food places."

"Very cool and beautiful decor in the lobby/sitting room. The fireplace was cozy and inviting. Very accommodating staff. Room had a vintage feel, but we lacked for nothing modern in amenities. "

"Very clean, the staff were friendly. We stayed 2 nights and were surprised that our room was cleaned when we returned after our visit to Hearst Castle. Most places do not offer any cleaning services unless you stay for 3 or more nights. Definitely would stay again if we go back, and would recommend to anyone."
