"Gina has setup this property to really make your stay easy and enjoyable. Everything you need is there and ready to go. Blenders to beach towels, all clearly labeled and easy to find. We were especially surprised with all of the coffee accessories. From pods, to bean grinders, drip and French press. What ever your style, you can make it. There are multiple thoughtful and personal additions to the house that really make for a great stay. The property is located in a gated community surrounded by dunes with lovely paths to the beach and paths to the club house. The gate staff are very friendly and made coming and going very easy. The house is an easy walk to the clubhouse that has different courts and outdoor games. The pool is open in the summer. And the hot tub was HOT and lovely. The clubhouse has a Sauna, but it was closed during our trip. The property is a short drive to local stores and shopping. Easy access for the basics. The surrounding areas are all farms, this makes it nice and quiet, and makes the fresh produce delicious. Make sure to visit the farm stands!! Yum. The drive to Monterey is easy and quick. The drive to Big Sur goes through Monterey, so plan for traffic. We all agreed that we would definitely want to stay here again and again. "

"Amazing place "

"I stayed here over President’s Day weekend with my husband and our two kids (12 and 8), and my cousin, her partner and her son (4). The kids loved the beach which is right in front of the property accessed by a short walkway- it is not swimmable but they loved dipping their feet, playing in the sand and flying a kite that was at the house. We also enjoyed the hot tub at the clubhouse. We all ate dinner at the dining table and there is a huge TV in the living room as well as the bedrooms and big DVD selection plus streaming services. Chairs are set up overlooking the ocean with a telescope. 25 minute drive to Monterey, 8-10 minute drive to Castroville which is a small town with various food options (lots of seafood and Mexican). We met people who live there full time who also recommend a Thai restaurant in Moss Landing which is not far. It was more remote than I realized, surrounded by farmlands, so you definitely have to drive to go anywhere outside the gated community. "
