"This was a great place to stay for going to universal studios. Kudos to the transportation driver who shared how to walk to universal…. It’s actually much shorter than we thought but having directions (maybe printed) would be very helpful! without his guidance we wouldn’t have ditched the line for the ride back. Joshua is very friendly and professional, we observed him help many guests, keep him around. Thankful to the housekeeping for leaving us extra coffee when we asked. Also the TP is in an awkward spot so we just set a roll on the counter. but that’s truly nit picking because everything was pretty great. We were told the pool is heated but even in the 80 degree weather in the middle of the day, it was too cold for us to swim in. The hot tub tho thankfully helped thaw after attempting to jump in. This was a great trip overall, thank you! "

"It is in the heart of Inglewood so don’t expect quietness. The staff was very friendly and lots of parking spaces with cameras! The room was clean and it had a iron, ironboard, rack for clothes, hangers and a big closet space. Also coffee maker, fridge, microwave, table with two chairs, lots of towels, ac and heater. Outside may seem sketchy but you don’t feel unsafe. I was on a solo trip and did not feel scared. Great cheap hotel!! Checkout was very easy. "
