"Loved the Laguna front villa! It is well kept and staff (majority) was polite. Recommend to anyone who wants to disconnect from the noise of the world and reconnect with nature! One observation, however, would be to place notices/sign to remind people NOT to use sunscreen before entering the Laguna :( as I saw many guest applying it to their kids before they went into the water! "

"This is the perfect place to stay in Bacalar. Each unit has an equipped kitchen so meals can be prepared in room or it is walkable distance to many choices of restaurants. Parking is safe and secure. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast under the palapa is a great start to your day."

"The staff were very nice. They kept our bags for 3 hours after the checkout as we were in a tour. Definitely recommended. The area is also very close to evrything"

"We only stay one night there . The view is amazing , can't beat that . Rooms are clean and comfortable . My complaint will be that, no body was at the reception when we arrive and when we check out again no body there to turn in the key . Oh and no complementary coffe either . But over all it was fine .
