"I am so sorry but I am not gable to remember the ladies name that checked us in but she was so helpful and so animated with her stories on what to do and where to go. She was just wonderful. There was another very kind and helpful person by the name of Jose! This man was extremely friendly and always asked up how our sleep was and how are mornings and evening were going. "If you are looking for a quiet relaxing place this is it! I am not into yoga but if you are then this is the place for you. The staff are courteous and very helpful and the food is excellent and reasonably priced. We stayed for 3 nights and never left the area. The Lagoon is absolutely gorgeous. I recommend taking the boat tour as Jami was very iformative and friendly. "

"Casa Bakal was exceptional. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and provided guidance for different activities. The cleaning team did an excellent job in cleaning our bungalow. The location is perfect and the views are breathtaking. A very important factor was that it was pet friendly and our little guy was very happy there as well. From arrival to departure the staff made sure we had an excellent experience and we absolutely did. Casa Bakal is definitely a return destination, often. "

"The pool is very far from the room. Sliding doors don’t close properly allowing mosquitos to come in. I don’t blame the staff.
