"Christino Lagoon hotel is a wonderful hotel on an amazingly beautiful Lagoona. Netsed in tropicla vegetation the hotel provides a relaxed superior accomodation. It is a 30 min walk from town but I loved the secultion. The restaurant on site serves delicious food . it is a bit expansive but again the view while you eat is special. The staff is very sweet friendly and extremely accomodating. I must come back!"

"From the moment you arrive you have become part of a family. Owners and staff are super friendly and kind and there are many stories to be told. As a senior I would have liked to see a grab bar in the shower, there was nothing to hold on to. The shower is strictly overhead, bring a shower cap if you want to keep your hair dry. Another essential item is a flashlight, the rooms are a bit on the dark side."

"What an incredible tranquil stay. Staff is incredible, morning breakfast is healthy and so clean. There’s a bocce court and the restaurant has a simple menu that’s vegan friendly but also serves incredible rib eye! Hotel is set in the jungle with a short stroll to the lagoon for a sunrise kayak ride. Highly recommend for a tranquil stay. This is just outside the centro which was fine for us since we had a car. "This is a very cute unique place to stay. It is a little bit of a walk from the central touristy area of bacalar and a lot of touristy restaurants, but honestly it was great exercise for us and we enjoyed it.
