Upon your arrival you are seated in the aqua lounge where you are served any beverage of your choice, then you are greeted by the spa team, which gives you a very relaxing hand massage. "This was a great option considering it was spring break. We stayed in the adults only section and this was a fantastic. The restaurants were easy to book and the hotel room was beautiful. Only downside is the beach as there were so many party boats that is felt more like a marina. (However this is nothing the resort can do as it’s the meeting point for excursions). But we are not beach people so the pools are more us. I would definitely stay again. "

"We spent a relaxing week at El Beso. We loved the airy feeling of the lobby and restaurants. We spent most of our time in the El Beso side. We were greeted with friendly service each morning from Isaac at Pez Dama. We enjoyed meals at the Steak House, Blue Moon and Margarita and had great service from Pablo, Pedro and Duriel. "So relaxing, quiet, and easy to chill here. Gorgeous beach. Organized, professional staff. Superb cleaning everywhere. Slept incredibly well too! This is a solid value if you are there to enjoy each day on the beach or at the pool (beautiful pool). No night life but cute restaurants and privileges at sister resort next that has a night club. Spa is beautiful too! Will go back here in a heartbeat!"
