The main pool was closed, along with one restaurant for lunch and dinner, 4 out out 7 days/nights we stayed and no one bothered to mention a word before or during check in. We were declined ALL expedia VIP perks. Either occupancy too full or not available. Cool place, but hyped a little too much and the lack of communication was a huge bummer.

Property is very clean and aesthetics are beautiful. We had the VIP package that came with butler service, and both gentlemen were great. There can be some confusion when you rent a cabana, especially on the beach, but I would still recommend doing so if you’re ok with the $110 USD per diem. Spa was wonderful. Food at most restaurants is good, but was disappointed at the quality of the Italian. The Mediterranean lunch spot overlooking the main pool, and the Seafood beach spot were great. Japanese was our favorite. Staff was pretty pushy at first about joining their membership but once you realize what they’re up to you can just tell them no and they leave you be. “Nightclub” was very underwhelming. All in all we would definitely return.

The meals at the restaurant were absolutely fantastic! We were so lucky to have Anderson serving us at both the French restaurant and the ceviche restaurant. He truly went the extra mile to make us feel at ease and recommended some incredibly delicious dishes. Ultimately, he made our stay even more enjoyable, along with Red and the rest of the entertainment team. I wholeheartedly suggest this resort, especially if you want to unwind, have a great time, and appreciate the beauty of the property, including the fitness center.

I booked this stay for our honeymoon, after doing some research and i dont regret it at all, we were astonished by how good this hotel is, service is excellent (shoutout to Nathanael, our concierge) , food is delicious, rooms are clean, hotel is quite but that doesnt mean there’s also room for activities. My girlfriend and I went to the resort for 9 days and it was good however the MAIN POOL BAR was closed for 4 of the 9 days to do renovations while we were there with no warning or explanation. Its a nice property. The staff are very friendly and personable and truly made the stay worth it. The resort is beautiful and on the quieter side due to it being a new-ish resort. The food really, truly sucked and that’s why I rated it 3/5. For the amount we paid, we would have expected better food.

Place it’s amazing, food, clean, everything great, but I didn’t like the fact they don’t do your room services until very like 4 6 pm.
