"We had a wonderfull stay everything was almost perfect , Yaque & Yanary were very friendly and helpful during our whole trip, only bad thing is we were insulted and disrespected by Chris Mendez (who allarently works for Marriot) after we declined his offer to become a prime member I have all the proof. That is unnaceptable and I will be pushing my complaint further"

"We had room 3122 , a swim out ocean view room, it was the perfect location. I see reviews complaining about obtaining dinner reservations…we were there 6 nights and able to get 4 reservations…but the buffet was amazing!! We actually canceled 2 dinner reservations to go back to buffet…King Crab legs and amazing steak…this was probably one of the best buffets at any Caribbean resort I have been to… 10 out of 10….staff was sweet and helpful…beach was outstanding!!! I would definitely go back in a heartbeat!! "

"This is one of the premier resorts in the Dominican Republic. I highly recommend this resort if you are looking to have fun! There is always something to do here or you can just relax and not be bothered! The beach does have quite a lot of locals trying to sell you something though! We had a leak in our air conditioner and it was fixed immediately upon sending in the repair request to concierge, otherwise the room was quiet and cool! The staff are for the most part very upbeat and excited to assist! I recommend booking your dinners for the week upon arrival as dinner time slots go fast. We did not have any negative dinner experiences however the buffets are hit and miss(to be expected at all inclusive). "

"Everyone was so nice and food amazing. We really enjoyed how they ran it from morning to night. We stayed in the beach view room with the private pool and couldn’t have been happier with our view and the staff would tell us to go sit down they would bring the drink over. Waves good morning. I felt safe there and that it was truly an unforgettable experience for us on our honeymoon. We will be back! "

"Me and my husband went and honestly we cant wait to go back. Everyone was so sweet and welcoming at all times. The food was alright not too bad and the pools were nice and clean. This is definitely our go to place as they do have the adult side only that we had access too. Check this place out you will not be disappointed!!!! "

"Beautiful property, great staff, good food nice beach we only stayed one night so we didn’t get to take in the whole resort Also we could not book any of the fancy restaurants because you need to book a day in advance so we could only eat at the buffet..but we were happy with the food there which was impressive! It’s a big resort but they do a good job of moving people in the cart/Bus which comes about every 8-10 minutes and makes the loop from lobby to beach overall I’d come back!! "
