"After reading some of the reviews, I was a bit hesitant on booking this property. But I don’t know what all the complaining was about, because this property is a 10 . The rooms were spacious and absolutely stunning. The ocean and the beach was a 1 min walk from our room, the buffet and the food selection was very tasty and well prepared. "Normally I don’t write reviews. However, due to the impeccable service of our butler Jose Miguel Jimenez I feel compelled to. My wife and I stayed on the El Beso side of the resort for one week. Jose was there for our every need. Even to the point of coming up to us to see if we needed anything when he saw us out enjoying the resort. On our last evening there he set up a romantic dinner for us since we were there celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. First Class Service!!!!! "
