We were very bothered when they wasted an entire morning with a false greeting and breakfast that turned into a high pressure sales pitch. This can negatively impact your stay as they would not take no for an answer. Find a different way to sell as this 'Florida' sales tactic is a disgusting way to treat your customers. Otherwise a fantastic resort."
