"Great service and great experience "

"There is three separate Majestic Hotels on the Property but all contacted which can get confusing on the first day trying to get around. A lot of the staff did not speak English which made it hard to communicate and ask about certain things. They changed our room last minute and downgraded us and gave us a credit without telling us which was frustrating because we booked the specific room for our honeymoon but they were able to make it right and got us in the correct room the next day. "This was our 5th time at this resort, and we had a great vacation as always. It’s such a lively, fun atmosphere but there are quiet places to relax as well. There are a ton of food options, the staff are friendly and attentive and is a great value for the money. We have been to other resorts in Punta Cana, but this is where we will continue to return to each year. "

"The staff is great, but a lot of the property was being remodeled, so the restaurant & pool choices were limited. We had upgraded to Privileged access, however, due to the remodeling in progress, it wasn't really worth it. "
