"Very hard working and friendly staff. Never felt crowded at the pool or restaurants. Lots of food options at the buffet and other restaurants. Generally very little wait to get a table. Beautiful beach, with few vendors. Easy to get drinks at the bar and the drinks were very good. Majestic owns three properties next to each other. It was nice being able to walk between all three properties. Family friendly. Evening entertainment in the form of music and shows was available. Truly all-inclusive...

"While the surroundings are great there were few areas of improvements that would like to pint out. Liquor selection was below average and our entire stay we were either served Black label or Chivas regal..single malts were all categorized as premium and priced extra. All coctails were made with liquor by a company called Bacanal and were either too sweet or too salty depending on wether u ordered a mojito or a margarita..Tajin was not there to rim the glass. And finally the DJ was so average...

"I live this resort. We satyed in the adults only part which is a short walk to the palace. Its low key and nice. The beach is beautiful. Checking in and out takes a while so be patient. The worse thing about the resort is the website and making reservations. Some restaurants would accomodate us without one, with a tip. Rooms are on the older side, but we were never in them except for sleeping. "

"Fair resort for what we paid at the peak time of the year. Needs more staff. Property needs a bit of a refresh. Definitely needs more chairs by pool and beach -big problem. Two family members got food poisoning. Wiped out a few days of a trip we were looking forward to for a year. Attention to detail in the kitchen is of paramount importance. Management needs to get focused on this. "
