"I have absolutely nothing to say negative about the house or staff. Everything was perfect! The house is huge and extremely clean and comfortable! There were 7 in our group and we had room to spread out and relax. The staff (especially Linda) are fabulous! They arranged our transportation when we needed it, they cleaned up everyday and the meals prepared for us were exceptional! I would love to go back! "

"This house was exceptional! The on site staff was amazing, our house was cleaned daily and we never went without something we needed. The pool was cleaned daily and fresh pool towels put out. We were treated to margaritas and chips/salsa upon arrival and were given a full house tour. My only complaint is the listing says it’s 13 min from the airport and 20 min from the malecon which is not accurate. Mismaloyma Bay is about 45 min from the airport and 40 Min from downtown PV. Not a deal breaker...

"I stayed with four friends and we've rented villas for decades. Almost everyone agreed that overall this was the best we'd ever stayed in. The layout is ideal, with bathrooms in each room, plus two extras on the other floors. Bedrooms on floors 1 and 3 provide nice separation. The rooftop terrace is perfect for sun. "This place was perfect in every way. The beautiful views of the bay and Sunsets on the patio by the pool were amazing. This villa is spacious with plenty of room for six adults. We had all the amenities we needed. John and Jordy were very hospitable and did a fantastic job hosting us from start to finish. They were there for us every step of the way. "This is a beautiful property but is in need of maintenance. The cost was lower than other properties near by so you do get what you pay for. A/C in bedrooms only. As other reviews have said previously the house needs more towels and resources for staying for the amount of time and the number of people."

"The staff is amazing!! We stayed with a party of 11, small kids and adults. The house is very spacious and everyone can have their own room and bathroom comfortably. There were a lot of stairs for the little ones to play on so we had to be mindful of that. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Chef Danny exceeded our expectations. "Seven of my friends and I stayed for 5 nights. The home is beautiful and spacious but with so many intimate spaces. My favorite spot was definitely the terrace where we enjoyed most of our meals. Omar (the chef) and Angie (the house manager) are the best! We were celebrating a friend's 50th birthday. I had requested decorations and a special birthday dinner and cake and Angie, Omar, Izza, and Fernando did not disappoint! Highly recommend and I would definitely come back and stay here!"
