"I highly recommend Casa Azanik. We had a party of 7 family members, but we could have accommodated so many more. The booking process was extremely efficient, and the concierge helped us book shuttles and activities. The manager and the daily caretakers helped us navigate Akumal wonderfully. Although we did eat at some local restaurants, our favorite meals were the ones prepared for us at the villa. The pool area right on the beach made snorkeling, kayaking, and relaxing in the pool and the ocean...

"There's so much to love about this property. The location was perfect: the beach; the proximity to shopping, restaurants & attractions (best to rent a car); the security & privacy! The house had everything & more than we needed: a pool, lots of water toys for both the ocean & the pool, a well-supplied kitchen, fresh drinking water, 4 spacious bedrooms with ensuites, & so many spaces to gather & play. "Beautiful property and nice, quiet neighborhood. For such a beautiful home, I would have expected some basics like cleaning supplies, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, also salt/pepper, oils for cooking, etc. The water was not safe drinking water and purifier made it taste salinated and terrible. Also, showers need to be cleaned better as they are full of mold. Pool needed to be cleaned and the nearby gym equipment was all broken. The transportation system to the beach does not include this...

"The house was perfect for our 10 day stay with a great location. Very walkable to many restaurants, the lagoon and beach. The home its self was great very well kept by the maintenance and cleaning team. Private pool and ocean views definitely would recommend to a friend. "

"We have been going down to Akumal since the late 90's with owners of like business in the US. In the past we have rented several condos in half moon bay. This is the first time we have rented a large facility. It was perfect for all of us. We had 3 father and sons. So they were able to stay in the same rooms. The 13 bedrooms was perfect. Felipe was a great host. The instructions of getting from the airport to Villa Bellamar was great for the few that had never been to Akumal before....

"Our family of 15–ages 14 to 80–had a fabulous time at the Villa Turquesa. The home was perfect for a big family. It is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff is delightful and kept the place sparkling clean and in perfect working order. There is snorkel equipment and plenty of kayaks to make exploring the reef a pleasure. Our kids and grands said out of 27 years of family trips, this one rates up in the top 3! "
