The Kids Club team, including *Karen* and *Carmen*, were phenomenal! Our kids were engaged in fun activities the entire time, and they absolutely loved being there. They never wanted to leave, which speaks volumes about how wonderful and caring the team is. *Adrian* was incredibly helpful with our suitcases and always ensured we had water. His politeness and positive attitude made our experience even better. Beyond the exceptional service, the beach was pristine and well-maintained, making it a perfect spot to relax. Our room had breathtaking views, adding to the luxury of our stay. The restaurants were elegant and offered a wide selection of delicious, well-presented food. Every meal was a treat"

"We came from another all inclusive resort nearby that was much more expensive. Should have stayed here the entire time! Food was excellent, our pool waiter Edheirr was fantastic! Ate at Oceana’s 2 nights, was treated like a queen. Very happy with the experience!"
