"The staff are extremely kind, helpful and friendly. The luggage holding service was nice so we continued activities after checkout and prior to leaving Chiba. Convenience to convention center was perfect. The many restaurants on property are small and the food was adequate. Eat elsewhere. The bathroom in our room was elevated; you had to step up and into the bathroom. This was not good, as we felt it necessary to sleep with that light on so as not to trip and fall out of the bathroom at...

"The elevator system needs work. They take a long time whether you are going up or down. Onsen has rules against tattoos which are not mentioned in the tv information section. The APA HOTEL I stayed at in Osaka mentioned the rule so when I stayed at this one and saw it didn't mention the rule I thought it was OK"
