"great business hotel, there's a bus stop right at the front door that gets you easy access to Shimbashi. Room is tiny as with all APA are. bit of a walk if you enjoy that... it's a 10 minute walk up-hill to Roppongi's main area."

"Facility is great just like any APA hotels. Check in process is smooth and well organized. However staff are cold and unwelcoming compared to other locations. Not sure if the staff are overwhelmed at the increase in tourism but the lack of attention and willingness to help is a let down. "

Convenient place to stay

"Great location. Across the street from Shinagawa Station. Food court and 7-11 downstairs was convenient for family traveling. Shinagawa is also a stop for Bullet train. "
