"The rooms are clean, but they are a little small. Make sure your luggage is all set and put away before settling in. Otherwise you will always be competing for space. That being said, a lot of Japanese hotels are similar to this, so be aware. There is a JR train station very close by and a 7-11 across the street. VERY convenient.
