"Great location, beautiful grounds for the holidays. Tremendous amount of people though in and out looking at the tree and decorations. Extremely long lines for check in. For the amount of money paid, no nightly water in room and our room was missed for cleaning one day. Had to call multiple times to get pillows and blankets for the pull out couch and extra towels as we had 4 people in a room. During check in, no explanation of hotel, services or area. Just given key cards. I had to ask them to...

"Absolutely lovely and sophisticated property with tons of history. It was so unique and exciting to stay here. Only thing I did wish was that they would throw in free wi-fi. With all the money spent to stay here, I would think that would be a small convenience."

"Love this hotel and stay here often… the room we stayed needs attention with heating system/ either sauna like or nothing! Bathroom needs major do over- shower needs attention- poor water pressure… broken tiles around the room.. toilet has rust atop near lid… Location is good and staff is friendly!"

"Great New York experience!!! Everyone employed at hotel and restaurants in hotel were just amazing!! So very nice, friendly & accommodating. The location is perfect, easy walking distance to Macys, Madison Square Garden and tons more! Inside hotel room was nearly silent, so soundproof! We slept great. Parking garage less than a block that gives huge discount for hotel patrons (get ticket validated upon check out). Will absolutely be staying here on our future visits!! "
