I didn' like (at check in) that I was informed that in addition to the charge for the room, I was required to buy $25.00 each day of hotel services and if I didn't, I would be charged the additioonal $25. each day anyway. To me, that is welcoming a guest with a slap in the face."

"This is the perfect hotel for a stay in Chicago. Transport to the all lines round the corner, including for the airport. Walking distance to the theatre district, Navy Pier, Wrigley Building etc. The staff are amazing, always welcome you back and approachable for guidance of the city. Pedro especially was so kind. The bed is very comfy, shower powerful and a clean spacious room. I'd come back here again every time. "

"Very spacious 2 bedroom at an affordable rate (thanks to Expedia Platinum for that). Beds were convenient and loved the free bottled water (they have empty bottles that you can fill at a station) in every floor. Check-in and check-out was a breeze, all computerized. Overall, great experience. "
