"The valet parking makes it easy to get in/out of the hotel area without stress. $79 a night is expensive but worth it to us. The customer service is top notch and everyone is friendly and professional. The room was clean and well kept. Bed comfortable. The only problem was that our mini fridge wasn’t working. When I notified the front desk, they apologized and refunded the $30 resort fee without me asking for it. "

"Mother Daughter weekend trip to The Art Institute with some sightseeing. The location was fantastic. The hotel was beautifully restored and quite lovely. The wall of windows with a great view were a surprise. Beds and bedding were amazingly comfortable, towels were soft and decent size. Loved the duvets and assortment of pillows, it felt very luxurious. Water bottle and refill station was a very nice amenity. I read reviews of noise and other than the occasional siren, we had no issues...
