This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Chicago; walking distance from shopping, museums, theater. Dining options are plenty. Gym is state of the art. Delicious Breakfast and brunch at the Filmore which is on the first floor of the building. Staff is very nice and friendly. A place to relax and enjoy Chicago!

The hotel staff were so welcoming to our dogs, and greeted them with a bag of treats. Kids were also welcome. The rooms were meticulously clean and comfortable. Wag hotel is one-mile down the street and offers exceptional dog day care. Our only frustration was parking, which was $100 per night. We suggest booking parking online at the 201 Madison parking garage (2 blocks from hotel).

Excellent hotel. Especially liked the happy hour with free spiced/spiked cider and wine and the comfortable areas where families/groups can gather for a drink and conversation. Staff was responsive to requests, which I appreciate. But when we arrived all of the towels in the room were tattered on the ends and one of the robes was very tattered and had stains on it (a bit off putting). Wish there were other options that just the fruit water in the building, either some sort of fountain or complimentary water bottles as going to the lobby isn't the most convenient option. Didn't love the black carpet in the rooms as I feel that that can hide alot of dirt.
