"I travel to Chicago (and all over) frequently for work, but this was the first time I have stayed at LondonHouse - though it won't be the last. Their staff went above and beyond to make the stay lovely - from the doormen remembering my name to barstaff and room service remembering my gluten allergy to even helping me arrange my ride back to O'Hare. I also got to experience the events end as I was there to photograph a wedding, and everything was done expertly and with such warmth and joy that it stood out. I would highly recomend LondonHouse to anyone visiting Chicago - beyond the excellent location, beautiful views, and convient walkability, the staff here makes the experience so comfortable and inviting that you won't want to leave.
