I was only here one night and needed something less expand honestly this is cleaner than a lot of the 5 star hotel I’ve visited . "With so many hotel options in Chicago it was a bit nerve-wracking to pick one. But I am SO GLAD we stayed at L7 Chicago by Lotte. The room and lobby were beautiful! Just gorgeous. So many amenities that made the experience so pleasant: filtered sink water in the room, an air purifier in the room (great source of white noise for sleeping), an electric tea pot in the room, yoga mat and foot massage balls in the room, two facial packs in the room, snacks and a variety of hot beverages free in the lobby. Plus great location!! Not one complaint (other than many an in-room microwave would have been nice). Loved this hotel!"
