hot tub was out of order for the entirety of my stay. there was a sign posted on the pool room door about it stating it was going to be fixed and up and running the day after my arrival- it was drained thee entire time. it's the middle of December and was going to be the highlight of the hotel (for me). the hotel was clean, the attached restaurant is very good, the hotel staff was friendly, nice, and helpful.

I would rate this stay a 4/10. We got there around 9-10 am, and we wanted to know if we could check in early. I asked, and they said, “We don’t have any rooms, so you can’t do early check-in. Come back around 1-2 pm.” Mind you, the lady at the front desk didn’t even check the computer. Around 5 mins later, another guest came and asked if they could check in early, and the same lady said, “Yes, let me check.” That was odd since she just told me there weren’t any rooms. So I’m looking at her, all confused, and she finally says, “We can help you with the early check-in.” The early check-in fee was $55.95. We got to the room, and it just wasn’t up to par. It’s almost like they just gave us that room because we checked in early but didn’t even clean it well. There were hairs on the bed and in the shower. The bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, and neither of the trash cans had a bag in it. At least the view was nice. They gave us a paper that said housekeeping would come every other day. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and the housekeeping lady came ONCE at 6 pm. I told her to come in, but then she told us to leave so she could clean our room. That was absurd because 1. It was 6 pm and 2. She clearly saw we were getting ready. All she ended up doing was "cleaning" the bathroom and taking out the trash. She didn't leave any trash bags.The microwave was missing the glass plate, so I had to call, but after waiting 10 mins, I decided to go downstairs and just ask.

Nice hotel. Standard for a Hilton. Staff response to room issues however was non-existent. Had issues with television not working and contacted guest services. Staff told me this was a reoccurring issue and that they would contact maintenance to have someone address the issue and call me back. Never received a call and maintenance never came. They also had the hot tub drained which is a bummer.

Although the hotel felt safe, the walls are very thin especially in the bathroom where I could hear our neighbors. The beds were extremely firm which I understand some may like and is durable for the hotels sake but extremely uncomfortable. In our bathroom we also noticed black spots in different sizes where the wall and ceiling met which appeared to be mold. The staff was very nice. We didn’t utilize any amenities but was in walkable distance to a lot. I probably would not stay here again. The mold was very concerning as i noticed myself using my inhaler more frequently and having a hard time breathing in the room.

The train noise all throughout the night on my side of the building. TV not working entire time of stay despite multiple calls to notify. Shampoo all out barely enough to use and not refilled. Chinese restaurant right by the elevator was nice and bar inside the restaurant also good place to kill time. Room was good size with comfy bed.
