We enjoyed the suite style of the room. Having a full kitchen was so nice. Unfortunately, the hot tub was broken for our entire stay. One of the elevators was also down for most of the trip. When I would ask staff about the hot tub, they would act annoyed. We accidentally left an item in the room and it took two days, three phone calls (one unreturned message), and talking to several staff to get them to find it and send it to us via mail.

Elevator, Jacuzzi didn't work, parking twice the local rate, you can pay on line early when you make reservations but not after you make reservations caret in the room looked like it was salvaged and worn through.

Hallways weren't vaccummed when we arrived, but looked like they were sometime in the following days. Room was clean, but the hot water was inconsistent and the pipes make a really loud noise during the shower. You can also hear the pipes from other rooms during the night. The elevators, the only way to the rooms, didn't always work and we got stuck waiting a few times for someone to allow us to use a service elevator. We ended up opting to walk down the stairs, 18 floors, when leaving the building because the elevatoe didnt show up for 10 minutes. They seemed to have fixed it by the time our stay waa complete, but it was inconvenient for sure. Beds were reasonably comfortable at least!

It would have been a 10/10 if the hot tub was working and the pool was heated. Plus it’s diabolical that only one elevator worked throughout my 3 days and it had over 20 floors, so you might as well leave the room like 30mins early so you can get down in time. Don’t make a mistake of using the stairs because it is no re-entry. If you get on the stairs, you will have to walk all the way to the lobby yo make it out. So imagine getting on the stairs from the 21st floor

Parking is not “one car per unit” at all. Need to park down the street in a parking garage or so valet. Website was inaccurate. Hot tub was only supposed to be inoperable for 1 day, on day 3 and still not working. Water pressure in shower goes down to about nothing after a few minutes and it’s hard to finish your shower. Housekeeping was eating her dinner in our room when we first got to the room and left her dirty dishes with us. Very strange.

I love the city view we had. Breakfast was phenomenal. Staff were extremely nice. Restaurant downstairs was amazing! Our room was clean, except the couch reeked of armpit sweat. I just sprayed perfume and made sure to stay away from it. Besides that my partner and I love how convenient everything was, microwave, fridge, utensils, etc.

Great view of the city from our room, the room was clean and roomy, it had a couch which was nice for watching TV and a nice alternative from sitting on the bed. Breakfast was included which is always nice.

Parking at the property was very expensive. The desk clerk suggested i use spot hero and i got a space in a lot across from the hotel for 4 days and the price was still cheaper than one day at the hotel. Hotel was lovely. Breakfast was great! I would definitely book there again!

It was a nice property with beautiful views, but the elevator situation was strange and you couldn't use the stairs (no reentry), and the parking was only valet and was not $65 as listed; it was $70. Overall the hotel was fine, just strange to only such few elevators for such a large hotel and no stair access.

The room was very nice. Clean, large, convenient kitchenette, nice view, and updated. The Asian restaurant is great and breakfast had a nice selection of hot and cold items with plenty of seating. The bed was comfortable, bathroom convenient, modern, and clean. Staff was very friendly! Close to attractions and easy to get ride share or Taxi to the river walk, shopping, restaurants etc. Walking distance to the football stadium. One thing to note: it is two hotels in one building. As you enter, Homewood Suites is on the left. Hilton Garden Inn is on the right. They share a lobby and check in area, with the check-in desk in the center. It was a little confusing when checking in. I think she may have been new and was looking in Garden Inn instead of Homewood for my reservation. So, it took some time to get checked in. Not a big deal, just be aware and pay attention when checking in and logging into the WiFi.
