"Stayed for work, given a quiet room as requested, had asked for shower over bath but given shower only which was a shame but not a major issue. Lighting a bit dark in the bathroom, would appreciate brighter lights for doing make up. Eco lighting seems common across all similar grade hotels now though. "Park Plaza Waterloo was a very nice stay. Nice room, friendly staff and good gym. Only downside the pool was freezing. It says on the sign 27 degrees but it was definitely not and a lot of people said the same whilst in there. Apart from this a very pleasant stay and would return for a good spot close to tube in London. "

The executive breakfast was superb, a range of food options on the buffet, a spacious area and great views from the 12th floor to enjoy!
