"The hotel location is EXCELLENT! Big Ben is just steps away!!! The hotel was very clean & this was so appreciated. The hotel was also much bigger than expected! Rooms were a bit small & outdated but if you’re out sightseeing you’re never in the room anyway! Warning: Fragrant scent is very strong when walking in! "

"Park Plaza Waterloo was a very nice stay. Nice room, friendly staff and good gym. Only downside the pool was freezing. It says on the sign 27 degrees but it was definitely not and a lot of people said the same whilst in there. Apart from this a very pleasant stay and would return for a good spot close to tube in London. "
